Not shocking from a legal side of things. The data doesn't support them enough. If they got paid how the guys do interns of salary base it would be easier. The men are only paid on appearances in camps and games. The woman have a 100k base salary they get no matter what. Also, I think it hurts them in court when US soccer pays all of their club soccer contracts.
