If you're just looking to get your kid out of school early, most team coaches will sign on off on the forms and hours for team practice. Requirements/eligibility vary by district.
If you're looking for an actual regimented program, I don't think there's really one around since Sharks/Mickey shut that down. You'd need to find a licensed coach who's not already booked out with team training that's willing to take you (and others?) on.
