Here you go for August.
OC Kickoff Classic.

See how you guys do and the season, then you can figure out what's best for the follow on. November is, by definition over the Thanksgiving weekend and there are few hosted during the first two weeks of December. Then it will jump to January until the third week, when the state tournaments starts for the Youngers.

I would suggest:
OC Kickoff Classic: 25-26 Aug at Great Park and Irvine
Attack Summer Classic: 18-20 Aug at SOCAL Complex in Oceanside
San Diego Premier Classic: 25-26 Aug at SOCAL Complex in Oceanside and Polo Fields in Del Mar
All three are good well run tournaments and the games are located at 1-2 large venues with nice fields instead of spread out all over the county on crappy school or park fields.
