AC Milan (Tiffanys Pichuca)

AC Milan is apparently a start up club in San Diego (there were some posts on here previously about tryouts). They now show as "Tiffinys Pachuca (Milan Academy SD)".

Does anyone know why they are playing under Tiffanys? Or anything else about this "club?" There are only a few team listings.

95% of the time the club DOC didn't get his non-profit approved in time and/or didn't get the Cal South paper work approved in time and/or didn't get accepted into the gaming league by the deadline so he reaches out to his buddy at XYZ club (already approved) and asks to play under their banner for a year or more. If there were only a few teams, I believe Cal South and the Leagues have a "critical mass" rule that requires at least 5 teams (Cal South) be registered before the "club" can join and/or remain in good standing.

Any failure to have the required documents or items completed by the Cal South deadline and/or League deadlines causes the Club to have to wait until next year and find another Affiliate to play under.

Did a little digging and see that the leader is a guy named Gerald Kent who formed a few entities that are associated with the program:

• North County Youth Sports, Inc (a Domestic Non-Profit) - Status: Currently Secretary of State Suspended
• Axmazo LLC (a for profit LLC)

The mere fact the non-profit is SOS suspended would mean that the club could not qualify for Cal South Affiliate membership, thus, if these kids were to play in a gaming league in 2017, they would need to play under an Affiliate that was not suspended (Tiffany's) appears to be that affiliate. Corporations get suspended for a whole host of reasons and generally, when a non-profit is suspended its because some paperwork was never turned it.
