2011 age group

I apologize in case it has been asked before....is 2011 age group will be playing with 2010, or will not be allowed to play competitive? If not, what can they play? Signature?
My understanding that according to latest PDI, 2011's should be playing 4v4, but I also know that in the past Leagues would allow them to play under older age bracket.

I believe SCDSL will have a 2010b 7v7 division (i.e. U8 or 2011) just like they have done in years past.

For San Diego, like last year (for the 2010s) Presidio has a 2011 age group for this fall season. 2011s likely won't be able to play in State Cup though.
