Where does Elite 64 fall in the pecking order of leagues? ECNL, ECRL, etc...

Where does Elite 64 fall in the pecking order of leagues? ECNL, ECRL, etc...

Data is kind of old, but here is how the leagues stack up based on each teams rankings throughout the different age groups.

I would suspect E64 would drop a bit with some E64 teams becoming RL2 and others going to GA.
