Looking for recommendations on a new team app.
Must Haves or some sort of workaround:
I've used in the past:
Spond - Amazing app for being free. Lacks real time scoring tracking updates. No email option. Message responses are open to anyone. The Spond website is very good.
TeamSnap - It is what it is. I believe they don't offer a premium option that removes ads for the entire team? Website is ok.
Heja - Overall good, no email option, their website is barebones and I can't believe they make you pay for that. No realtime game scoring. Onboarding parents + kids is very easy.
SportsEngine - Ads without an option to remove them?
Sprocket - Very buggy iOS app that constantly kicks you out of the app. UI is hard on the eyes.
Tested:
Gamechanger - easy to use, real time scoring feature is top notch, live streaming seems like a nice to have. Event reminders are missing?
BenchApp - A lot of features and overall ok, seems to be tailored for adult teams and hockey, iOS app reviews seem really bad, no real time game tracking, there's an annoying "no goalie" alert for events that I can't remove. Onboarding parents + kids requires multiple steps. It might seem like I don't like this app, but I actually like it.
SportEasy - I like this app, but development seems dead. They use a 24hour clock without an option to change it online. Might be overkill as a team app.

- Email AND OR team message/chat where the parents can't reply to. This can be in the form of posts with no comments.
- Automatic and Manual reminders
- Subjective - Doesn't look outdated
- Has active development
- Player attendance
- Nice to have - real time scoring notifications
