I'm totally speculating but it wouldn't surprise me if they brought down some of their NL players. The NL team didn't play in the tournament (correct me if i'm wrong). Pretty sure that team is rebuilding. I think they lost some of their best players to Koge.2 for 2 for me.
G13 (Best of the Best):
Slammers FC HB Koge ECNL G13 -- no surprise here
G13 (Super Black):
Legends FC – Legends FC ECRL G13 -- wow the only RL team in the super black bracket. playing against ECNL teams all 5 games, Takes the whole thing. makes you think, if the RL team is that good. The NL team is going to be insane.
The young teams have the most participation. The parents dont know yet its really about 1.Best of Best or 2.Super Black. I have not done one in years but SD is best place to be in the summer.geez... there were 6 flights in Surf Cup? the winners of flight 6 are ranked 509

The 2012 Blues NL team also had 4 players guest on the LA Breakers ECNL team in that lost in the final in Super White. The reason why so many teams enter is due to the level of competition. Many ECNL/ECRL/GA teams enter to improve.
The 2012 Blues ECNL team did not play, as their star player played for the 2011 EJE7 team.
Congrats to all the teams that made the finals and a specialfor the Champs in each of their respective brackets!
