Some interesting changes I've seen so far. For U13 and U14 you can play on either team. So the U14 player can play U13 if they want in any competition league/playoffs whatever. That's a crazy one to me.

It says U13 or U14 can only play in one U13 or U14 game and key here is 'age eligible for both' so the only way a U14 player can play U13 is if they are U13 age. That's what it sounds like to me.

If that was the case then they would write that for every age group. Everyone knows anyone can play up in age groups.

Read it slower. In no case can a player who is ineligible for U13, play U13. Or who is ineligible for any age group, instead now be able to play that age group.

It's clarifying the 1 ECNL game per day rule, for circumstances where the U13/U14 games are on same day as the U15-U19 games, and when they are on different days.
