National cup 2nd round brackets

Saw the brackets were up - but I'm confused as to the seeding. Legends south is a #1 seed however they drew 3 first place bracket winners. Shouldn't the first round bracket winners and wild cards be seeded differently?

It looks like it's based in the original seeding. All the geoups look evenly distributed if that's what you go by.

Edited to add that it doesn't look like you should be too worried

Well I have faith in our team however every game is a challenge in some way or another. Just thought it was weird how they did it.
