Like many of us on this Forum said, seems to be coming true!!!!!!!!

I literally have NOT heard a damn thing about covid on the news since Tuesday, but remember Monday, we were going into another possible lockdown, and we all were super spreaders...I guess its over, your thoughts?

In terms of California, IMO I don't think the result of the presidential election will have any impact on Covid policy. The Gov's Covid policy in California is largely driven by other factors, like the unions. IMO the Gov cares more about himself than he does his party. In fact, I could argue that he would have preferred a Trump victory, that way he wouldn't have to run against the incumbent Harris in the 2024 presidential election.

Let's see what happens with CIF sports in January, like I've said before that will be a big indicator in regards to youth sports and schools reopening.

Are you serious? For the latest info on the pandemic in the US, see https://www.nytimes.com/interactive...70-0d6c-11eb-94ca-c766023e2454&variant=1_Show.

Yesterday (November 4th), the US had 107,872 new cases and 1,616 deaths. The 14-day change in the US is +51% for new cases and +21% for deaths.

Well you are looking in the wrong place. I went to the local ABC website for AZ and there's 6 COVID articles plus a map to COVID infections per zip code. That strikes me as pretty impactful, on a page dominated, obviously, by the election.

First in the top headlines section of the Arizona Republic, largest paper in AZ, https://www.azcentral.com/story/new...135-new-cases-28-new-known-deaths/6172772002/

Arizona may lose all credibility by the end of the day so it's best to take any article coming out of that state with a grain of salt. California East inbound.
