GA/ECNL - # of team trainings per week

Question for incoming GA/ECNL players…how many team training sessions does/will your team hold per week? I heard of teams extending to 3 practices per week for GA/ECNL but is this the standard at U13/14 or is it more common at the Olders ages? Thanks!
