My son was offered a chance to join this club. There record is pretty bad and I haven’t seen a training session yet. Anyone know about there current reputation or personal experience? Thank you.

It really depends on the specific team and coach. My son played on the team in his age group that became the ECNL team for a few years, but eventually moved on. I'd suggest you watch a few practices and ask your son how he gets along with the other kids.
