CRL 17-18 season

what's up with the CRL schedule? The start of the season is one week away and still not a full field (A8,A9,A10). looks like 3 teams will be idle. what happened with play ins and teams from last season.
 
They had their final game to play. One open spot and that is CDA Slammers Flores. They beat Santa Barbara to get in last weekend. I assume they have to pay to get activated.
 
Thanks for the update. That play-in seemed to drag along for a while. I didn't realize they just finished. Hope it is a good competitive season. As the boys get older I am happy at times when we are driving home and not to the urgent care! Nursing the small stuff is part of the regular post game ritual now. best of luck to your team.

A lot of quality teams. I assume WCFC is the favorite considering they are the defending champion and recent national champion finalist.
