Southwest conference, who is in? Who is out? Here is my list below:

1. City
2. LA Surf
3. Fram
4. Albion SD
5. West Coast
6. So Cal Reds
7. SDSC Surf
8. Murrieta (NOT in DPL)

9. Santa Barbara SC
10. Fullerton Rangers
11. Rebels IE
12. Sand and Surf Sc
13. So Cal Elite
14. Albion Santa Monica
15. CFA
16.

** One more team should get in located in the valley but not sure oaks is the option. **

Any sleepers? Any mega clubs get awared 2 slots?

Possibly TFA? Someone in the 2010 thread said they announced they are getting GA but I dont see how that is possible, I dont think they have strong enough teams across age groups to get full GA so Aspire would make sense potentially.
