I am merely disappointed that the execution will not be televised.

The superseded manual for firing squads (the currently prescribed method of execution is by lethal injection (refer to recent Tennessee execution attempt)) states that the squad will be composed of eight soldiers drawn by lot, and that one to three of their weapons will be loaded with blanks. The final shot, if necessary, will be administered by a sergeant with a handgun shot to the head.
