Anyone that was clubbing in the mid-eighties was dancing to that song. It is a cringey song, more so now, than it was then.

Remember us 80's teens were desperate for anything that wasn't Foreigner or Reo Speedwagon. I can remember listening to KROQ on a clear day in San Diego trying to find out what was new. Hearing the Pistols and Buzzcocks on a Walkman on a cassette that got passed around to dozens in high school was a life changing experience.
