Tampon Tim was aptly named after saying tampons need to be available in all locker rooms and bathrooms. As if males need them.

I posted a link to the Executive Order. Did you read it yet? That paragraph Sec. 2 (f) is completely transparent to the point of invisibility. (Pointless aside -- why is the numbering "Section 1." and then "Sec. 2."? Are we to infer that "Sec.2" is itself abbreviated?)
