We practice Monday and Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm at Aeolian Elementary, 11600 Aeolian St, Whittier, CA 90606
I believe in giving nonverbal and verbal positive reinforcement based on the individual personalities of my athletes. I recognize my athletes’ specific contribution to the team and positively inform the athlete about their ability.
The more athletes experience competence and success due to their own actions and skills, the greater their motivation will be. The more satisfied they are with themselves, the more likely they will be to continue participating in the sport.
