USSDA 2017/2018

Great! Amen to that! Let's see how they get around that one

Loophole...Rumor has it Surf is doing 2 trainings in SD and 2 in San Clemente. Not sure this meets US Soccer rules, hopefully not, but Surf does whatever they want.

Shocker- knew it! Now let's see if they do what they did last year and physically separate the teams too so they almost always aren't together. But hey it's all about the WINS baby!
Agree with you they always push the boundaries of ethics

how does this help them ? Are more than half of th team from out of San Diego?

Rumors abound .... Have heard a couple things:

1) 'A license requirement still a requirement but allowing a "season or two" to allow coaches to obtain.
2) US Soccer is looking at the first and possibly second season with greater "flexibility" in mind as far as "GDA rules" go.
3) Loophole..."The Girls' Development Academy staff will create or modify any rules or regulations as deemed necessary."

Rumors abound.

Confusing; sometimes they play against teams older, sometimes against teams younger? Is that the same as on the boys DA side?
