US Youth Soccer National Championship

The US Youth Soccer National Championships consists of six age groups (Under 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19). The finals are a result of competitions in every state known as the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. Regional winners advance to the National Championships as well as the top two teams from the US Youth Soccer National League.

If you want to get up early, Carlsbad Elite/Galaxy plays FC Kansas City and Legends U16 plays a team from Cincinnati on Weds, July 27 at 7:30am Central Time. Albion White also plays La Roca on Weds at 9:30am Central Time.

Carlsbad Elite/Galaxy also gets streamed on Thursday at 11:30am CDT against the Cincinnati club.

U16 Finals streamed on Sunday, July 31st at 9:50am.

Hot as Hades when the wind stops blowing and the sun bakes down.
 
Legends played a tough game. Carlsbad had more chances, especially after the Legends defender blocked a shot with her hands in the second half and got a RC for DOGSO. Even playing with 10, Legends is dangerous. It was hot, but Tulsa seemed worse last year.

Just wait until you get the obnoxious parents from Cincinnati tomorrow. I grew up there and I was embarrassed for them.

Thanks Cali! Florida played a tough game, but to be honest Carlsbad did dominate. Unfortunately they didn't score until overtime. #11 beat all the defenders and then got around the keeper and then the keeper fouled her pretty hard. DOGSO and red card for the keeper and then Carlsbad scored on the PK. I hope the Florida midfielder that went down at the end of the game is OK.

Thanks Cali. Happy day for the team. They have been doing two a day practices for weeks to get ready. It was a nice way to end up the season and the last day with Carl Higham as coach. He has done a great job with the team and is a class act. The team also got the Fair Play award.
