After much consideration, deliberation, consultation, discussion, and weather guessing, we have concluded the appropriate course of action for this weekend’s opening of State Cup competition is to cancel and reschedule the opening rounds of the competition due to forecast rain and field closures.
All games scheduled for this weekend at Silverlakes; Oceanside; and Galway Downs will be rescheduled. The canceled games will be rescheduled and posted online no later than Monday, January 23rd.
As a reminder, please cancel your reserved hotel rooms for this weekend directly with your hotel. Do not contact TeamRunner for room cancellations. Contact us with any additional questions at 714-778-2972 or check the State Cup website for new updates.
