Slammers Classic Venue

We aren't playing, so I don't care either way.
This weekend is the Slammers Futbol Classic.
On the tournament section of CalSouth.com it lists UCI, MV Riding Park and J Serra as the locations.
Games are being played at Silverlakes and MV Riding Park.
I know at least one parent is mad that they have to drive to Norco tomorrow. When they signed up to play, they assumed they'd be playing at local South OC fields.
Will this be a trend that we should expect going forward?

Ran into a few parents tonight that were very happy there games are at Silverlakes. They also said the OC parents get a taste of what IE parents get driving down to south OC for an 8:00am game or weekly training. I definitely think more and more clubs will hold there tournaments there.

I like Silver Lakes. From the South Bay it's not a bad drive. The fields are great and depending what part of OC it's a really any further.

Yes, more and more tournaments are leaning to either Silverlakes or Oceanside. CDA Memorial held the boys side of the tournament at Silverlakes as well.
