Not sure what you are asking. Nomads have a full DA status with all available ages.
They don't have any lower teams at 2003. The one listed is only at team brought from City Heights that was TFA last year. The surrounding clubs have several teams, why didn't they field another team. We have been looking at the club as a possible home for several years, but they seem to be just getting smaller.
 
At one time Nomads was the best club for boys in San Diego County, similar to the way Surf was the best club for girls. Then about 10 years ago the senior leader started acting like his was the only club that knew how to be "soccer people", about the time they started concentrating on DA teams. Now there are many clubs in San Diego as good as or better than Nomads and Surf.

So you are asking about regular teams, not DA teams?

That 2003 team is a DA team. Or at least they played DA players in a non-DA tournament this summer. :eek:
