It's Alessandro Del Piero's program. Up until now, it's basically just been a supplemental or pre-club type of training program. They seem to be trying to do something more because they are advertising age group tryouts, but it's not clear for what. If it's for fall league play somewhere, I highly doubt it would include regular practices or games at UCLA, which they have only gotten field space on campus for the Spring thus far. Too tough to get that permit regularly year-round and Salcedo has been the principal contact for TFA and youth clubs in the past, which is a connection that should be severed going forward giving his legal troubles. The teams could end up affiliated with the UPSL club he recently founded, LA 10 FC, which is reportedly based out of Woodland Hills.
