Idea for an EYBL except for Soccer?

So if you don't know what EYBL is it is elite youth basketball league and it is ran by Nike.

It would be another letter league but it could get started early with something like Nike making it.

I don't know if this a smart idea or not but that is why I am posting this.
 
As fragmented as youth soccer is - basketball is at another level. Circuits for Nike, Adidas, and Underarmour. Circuits for younger versions of those. Same kids play on multiple teams within each circuit, and fit in games with the competing circuits, as there is no well-trusted player card. There is no trusted source (yet several un-trusted sources), about where a team fits locally, regionally, or nationally. The shoe companies are involved with marketing dollars because the potential payoff is just a few years later, and has already been paved for decades. Who knows what might happen in the future - but there is comparably no marketing spend for pro soccer vs. pro basketball in the US.
