Usually I have only complaints about refs, which I do for my son's 1st CRL game this past Saturday... terrible refs (yes I needed to put in bold).
However, my son's second game on Sunday had excellent referees all three of them, and it was a pleasant surprise for once!! Wanted to give a shout out to the three refs because after the game I completely forgot to tell them in person what a great job they did, as we were rushing to get everything together. All three refs were great! Usually one is decent out of the three, or two if you're lucky, but kudos to all three of these refs!!!
And no, we did not win, nor were all the calls in our favor (before I get accused of thinking that's why they were so good) they were honestly three of the best refs we have ever encountered at CRL, Surf Cup, Man City, ECNL, SCDSL... and all the tournaments/leagues we've played between my two kids
I'm hoping we are fortunate to have them again this coming up weekend!! Or at least another good group of them!!!
