It likely had to do with the riots and looting happening in that city these past few days where many were killed. Something to do with tax and social security changes recently passed by government that I believe have now changed back ....

I think that's more of a marketing ploy for the Euro teams/clubs. The U17 WNT was playing in a CONCACAF tournament so it's probably not a fair comparison.
