Does Coast Soccer League allow a player to be on the established roster of two teams at the same time ? Both teams would be at the same club, so for example an 03 player would be on both the 03 and 02 rosters. Both teams are Silver lets say. The rosters we can see and review online would be the ones I am referring to.
 
Yes. Rostered to 03 but loaned to 02. Just can’t play for both teams on same day. Others limitations about playing down in level but doesnt seem like that is your issues.

Forfeit I believe if an official protest is filed. Cant just be a parent email thinking something happened sent to league. Club has to initiate protest.

There is a new exception for loan GKs only - Page 11 CSL Rules

EXCEPTION FOR 2018:
A Goalkeeper may play in two games in a day if age and bracket appropriate, but in both games the player must be played as goalkeeper only.
 
Thanks to both of you. I reviewed the rules myself before I posted, wanted to make sure I wasn't interpreting things incorrectly.
