Finally some honesty in advertising. This tryout format will become a trend and surely become the model going forward. 15 minute mini-Sessom tryouts, which is just long enough for the parents to fill in information form, coaches to check that the player knows to wear their shin guards under their socks rather than over them and time enough to inform the parents that this is where they need to be to get their kid to the "next level". Get in and get out but don't forget to leave your email address so that we can send you an email in a couple of days that says how lucky you are that your kid made the club (not team) and the only thing left to do is click on the link and enter your credit card information.

Each age group will be going to 6-7 different stations in 15 minute intervals. Each age group tryouts will be 1 1/2. The times above are just start times

funny you know who has foot skill in 15mins and/or has great physical attributes you can work with. the next phase is to see what they have going on between the ears. rotate them individually into kids from your established teams. see if they run around like chickens with their heads cut off or have some game awareness - then you can take it all into account. doing that for more than 1 tryout date is kinda dog & pony show, but its the established trend. get better quality players among the kids who come out for training vs kids who come out to tryouts. for obvious reasons. cant blame the clubs too much, have to compete and get the kids in - some just more honest about the process
