A few tournaments this summer have 2010 divisions. Some teams are playing up with the 2009s.
where did you hear this, and where could I see that same info? By next year, do you mean the 2017/2018 season?

SD Premier cup is this weekend. There is a 2010 division. Presidio brackets are out and there are several 2010 divisions.

I believe in January they decided to implement that rule starting with the 2011s. There were/are a lot of 2010s playing up on 2009 teams and they decided it would be too disruptive. I know Presidio this fall has one 2010 girls flight and 4 boys flights.
