Who does anyone recommend in the SoCal area for game coverage? Looking for someone that uses elevated video towers.

Thanks,

Talk the club into buying one. A lot of clubs, even the smaller clubs, have at least one tower camera setup to help with college recruiting and game analysis. My daughter coaches for a smaller club (25 teams) and they have a tower camera setup and record all home games.

Below is who we have used for a couple years now. Single angle, 30 ft tall towers - they do a good job. We buy a package for the whole year. Make sure the complex you are filming at allows film towers. We had an issue recently at IE Sports Complex, you have to ask permission in advance, provide proof of insurance and sign a waiver. Something about if it tips over in windy conditions.

On another note it is criminal that the IE Sports Complex charges $6 for parking to maintain crappy fields. We brought our own bags of dirt and sand to fill the gopher/and other holes. I am all for paying to park if the fields are well maintained, but to pay for parking and have the fields absolutely suck is just not right.

Cannot agree enough.

It's $10 at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex. Fields are just as crappy as the IE Complex. Actually worse I think. Who do these people think they are?? Silverlakes?!?!
But at least Silverlakes has multiple bathroom locations and the fields are in much better condition. Level and no slopes or incline like the SB Complex.

At State Cup at the SB complex, I saw a defender chasing a ball played overhead into the corner. It landed in front of the defender and then bounced back the direction it had come from, like someone kicked it.

Atleast the parking is paved at SB and Silverlakes, at IE complex you get to pay to have your car washed after too!! Costs you another $10 for the priviledge to play on crappy fields.
